The Water Management Internship™ Program provides a framework for students to study water use throughout their school site. Developed with funding from Olivenhain Municipal Water District and Vallecitos Water District, the Water Management Internship introduces young students to the concepts of water metering, irrigation efficiency, and general water conservation. The year-long program includes introducing the students to professionals from local water districts, irrigation specialists, and even school district groundskeeping crew.
